About the OLSC...

    Who Are We?

The Oak Lawn Soccer Club of Dallas is a non-profit, predominantly gay & lesbian organization formed to provide its members a gay-                        friendly atmosphere in which to play and enjoy the game of soccer. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender or sexual orientation and welcome our straight friends. We field teams in local mainstream leagues and play in local, regional, and international tournaments, both gay and mainstream.

We are always looking for new members, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. If you play soccer, have played in the past, or know of someone who would be interested, consider the Oak Lawn Soccer Club. Annual dues are $25, entitling the member to receive newsletters and other mailings and to participate in practices and games.

As a member organization of the International Gay & Lesbian Football Association, we participate in its activities. In October of 1996 we hosted the Gay & Lesbian World Cup, which brought 14 teams from all over the world to Dallas for the 4-day tournament.
