- Change hotline announcement weekly
- Check phone messages
- Assist the league director with meetings and team registrations
- Help out President with various tasks

- Collect money from members (all board members will assist when given a list)
- Get referee fees in cash to team captains for games each week
- Maintain record of who's paid for what
- Send email reminders to members with overdue fees
- Reconcile bank account statements
- Pick up new uniforms from store

- Keep track of "Membership Application" forms
- Prepare Minutes of Board Meetings
- Regular club newsletter "By the Water Cooler" via email
- Respond to email inquires

- Oversee Team Captains
- Arrange for nets, flags ID's at all games
- Ensure game reports/scores called into Leagues
- League registrations
